Cultivating the Mind-Body-Nature Connection, with Kristina Domsic

This workshop will provide gentle movement and mindfulness meditation centred on building our awareness and connection to nature. Evolving from the practices of yoga asana and shinrin-yoku, or forest bathing, this practice is accessible to folks of all ages and abilities.

Kristina is an ecologist, nature and forest therapy guide, and yoga instructor. She believes that by deepening our connections to nature, we build capacity to support our personal wellbeing and our ability to contribute towards a more harmonious future for all of Earth's beings.
