Slow Yoga - Rest for Stress, with Lisa Hamilton

Slow or Mindful Yoga is an amazing practice for stressed-out nervous systems. This is a practice for all bodies and all levels. Its aim is to quiet the nervous system activating our parasympathetic nervous system, allowing the body the opportunity to shift into rest and digest mode.  Unfortunately, too often in our busy modern world, our nervous systems remain in a constant state of flight or fight response. Flooding our nervous system with constant supply cortisol, always feeding DIS-ease and never allowing the body to align with its own natural state of healing.
