    **Your application will not be considered until your payment is received. Categories are filling up fast and vendors who submit payment will be given priority.

Vendors must have sufficient business insurance to participate and provide evidence of insurance coverage prior to the festival or will not be admitted to the park the day of festival. Food Vendors require $5 mil liability coverage and non-food vendors are required to have  $2 mil liability coverage.

Vendor Liability agreement: *
The premises consist of one tent located at 2 George St N Unit 101, Del Crary Park in Peterborough, Ontario. The term of this agreement shall be as follows: This shall be a one day agreement for the date of June 22, 2019. The Vendor(s) shall be responsible for properly setting up and maintaining the tent in a state free from harmful tripping hazards, or other hazards which could be reasonably foreseen as a danger to the participants at the Peterborough Yoga Festival. The Vendor(s) acknowledge(s) that he/she/they is/are independently responsible for any losses incurred by participants of the Peterborough Yoga Festival that are a result of the Vendor’s products or negligence. The Peterborough Yoga Festival is not responsible for losses incurred by the Vendor(s) as a result of theft of their money, possessions or products, or destruction of property whether through act of God (for example, raining) or malicious behaviour. The Vendor(s) is/are to conduct himself/herself/themselves in a way that upholds the reputation of good character and professionalism that has been built by the Peterborough Yoga Festival.

Applications close June 7th.

Vendor Fees:

  • Regular- $100

  • Food Vendor- $150

Refunds for cancellation are as follows:

  • We will refund 50% of total fee if cancellation occurs prior to April 15th, inclusive

  • We will refund 25% of total fee if cancellation occurs prior to May 15th, inclusive

  • No refunds after May 16th.

Vendor Information and Requirements - PLEASE READ

  1. The vendor is responsible for ensuring they provide the required supplies for their booth area: tables, chairs, water, canopy and weights to hold the canopy in place (20lbs per leg).

  2. The vendor is responsible for their transportation to the park, set up and tear down of their booth area.

  3. Vendors must have sufficient business insurance to participate and provide evidence of insurance coverage prior to the festival or will not be admitted to the park the day of festival. Food Vendors require $5 mil liability coverage and non-food vendors are required to have  $2 mil liability coverage. Insurance can be purchased on line at  https://www.palcanada.com/index.php/en-us/event-participants/exhibitor  

  4. Insurance endorsements must be submitted to the Vendor Coordinator before June 15th, showing the following to be additional insured: 

    1. Peterborough Yoga Festival
      745 JANE ST. PETERBOROUGH, ON, K9J 3R7

      And,

    2. The Corporation of the City Of Peterborough
      500 George St.. N Peterborough, ON, K9H-3R9

  5. Vendors are required to have their booth areas set up by 9 a.m. and must not tear down before their allotted time. Vendors must choose at time of application their hours of operation:

    1. 9:00-4:00; or,  

    2. 9:00-6:00.

  6. Payment will be made at time of application via Paypal. If vendor category is full, monies will be immediately refunded in full.

  7. You are responsible for your own payment processing system. There is no wi-fi in the Park.

  8. Limited electricity is available for Food Vendors only and allotment will be at the discretion of the PYF Vendor Coordinator.

  9. There is no parking for vendors in the parking lot but street parking is available.

  10. Instructions for loading and unloading will be provided a week before the festival.

  11. Vendors are required to post a minimum of 5 social media announcements prior to the festival using the hashtag #ptboyogafest2019  

  12. It is the responsibility of the vendor to submit 5 photos of their booth and/or product in an email as part of the application consideration. Please identify in the email subject line to pyfvendors@gmail.com: your company name, and that photos are included to complete your application. No applications will be considered without this email.

  13. The vendor registration form and photos must be submitted for review by the Vendor Committee.  You will be contacted after all information has been received with a decision.

  14. Sharing of booth will be permitted if required information/proof of insurance is received and vendor categories have room.

  15. Food Vendors must submit required forms/documentation to the Peterborough Health Dept. prior to the festival.
